Welcome to the All American Sports Camp to be held July 11-15 at HB Woodlawn School. The address is 4100 North Vacation Lane in Arlington. Campers should report to the gymnasium which is located at the side of the school closest to Lee Highway, adjacent to the tennis courts. Please use caution while driving through the school parking area. ENTER IN DOOR #14. A parent must sign in and sign out their child each day.
During the camp your child will be participating in a variety of sports and activities to include basketball, soccer, kickball, touch/flag football and whiffleball and other activities. The camp core hours begin at 9:00 am and ends at 3:00 pm so please be prompt in dropping off and picking up your child. AM extended hours are 7 – 9 AM and PM extended hours are 3 – 6 pm. If you find you will be late in picking up your child, please call the camp and inform them. We strongly encourage you to view/download an activities calendar by clicking HERE. Activities will be held indoors and outdoors, weather permitting. Campers should wear appropriate comfortable clothing and athletic (tennis) shoes. Please make sure campers are prepared for both indoor and outdoor activities. Remember the sunscreen, apply it to your kids and send with them to camp. Staff cannot apply suncreen to campers. In the event of inclement weather, activities will be modified. Just a reminder, campers must bring their own lunch Monday - Thursday, we do not provide refrigeration. We will have a pizza party on Friday, please send $4 to camp no later than Thursday, July 14. We do not provide snacks but we do provide a time for campers to have a snack. We provide all the equipment so no need to bring your own. It’s best not to bring any valuables to camp as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Parents are reminded about the need for sunscreen. T-shirts will be distributed usually the Thursday or Friday of camp.
Each camper must have a completed Personal Information Record (PIR) on file with the camp. You can download it by clicking HERE, complete the form and bring it on the first day of camp.
If your child needs to take any medication, please complete the Authorization for Medication form which can be found HERE. Bring the completed form to camp and give to onsite director.

Make new friends, try new activities and have fun. We want everyone to have a great time, but not at others’ expense. We expect all participants to follow directions and conduct themselves with respect for fellow campers, staff, property, equipment and program boundaries. Behavior resulting in extreme disruption or intentional harm to staff, others or property my result in removal from the camp at the discretion of program staff.
